AIR (SHORT FILM)

Aleix Segura was the 2016 indoor (in a pool) world champion in static apnea, holding his breath for 9 minutes and 23 seconds. The short film reflects his efforts to achieve the Guinness World Record by holding his breath for 24 minutes and 3 seconds (after breathing pure oxygen). A body lying on the water of a pool, a moment between birth and death. A meditation on the fragility of human existence.
